Skeletal rib cage, which protects its vital organs and provides girders for its huge chest muscles, so it needs flexible materials to support the rebound effect. In this case, we used vacuum casting PP type resin--UP5690 to production, and then over mold with SS304 lathe parts as a supporting bone position. As a medical simulators training model, this rib cage ideal to support 1,200 compressions
