Quantity: 500 sets for annual demand
Lead Time: 20 days for T1 samples, 10 days to finish 500 sets products.
SuNPe have great experience on tooling and injection parts, not only simple ABS parts, but also making good injection parts in high strength material such as nylon, POM, PPS+GF and others.
Our engineer team will analyze the products carefully and provide detailed DFM to review to make better parts.
The DFM usually including information such as gate, parting line, slider, inserts, thickness analysis, texture, draft angle and other detailed question analysis.
And after several times of DFM communication, we committed to tooling and injection parts were great and customer likes them.
However, after long time use of the first batch , some parts have some break and not strong enough. The biggest challenge for this project is the material.
These plastic parts are for a deep rational massage device and need good strength, at the first, our customer asked us to the ABS+PC material and seems not strong enough.
We discussed with our material supplier, and recommend different materials (such as PA12 TR90, PBT+PC RTP 2099 X 134514 C,Hanwha Total Energies PP FH44,PA6 DOMAMID FR 6V0M and PA12 KY-3217V) with cost and material property for customer to decide, finally we used the PA12 KY-3217V and this material works very well. Our customer was very pleased with products in new material.
One day, our customer talked to us if we can help laser engrave on the plastic injection parts.
We did some samples for customer to review and they are happy with it and asked us to do the laser engrave for new batches.
Now customer are very happy with the whole products and keep ordering these parts each year.
