Low-Volume production and assembly for Soil Probe Project
Those who are familiar with SuNPe should know that we have rich experience in the fields of automotive, medical equipment and home appliances fields, but we also have a lot of experience in prototyping and low-volume production in other fields, such as the Soil Probe Project we are going to study now.The main difficulty of this project is that the head and body need to be assembled with some electronic components. In the early stage, we also cooperated with customer to make some transparent parts to test whether there is fitting well with electronic components, and then make design modifications.
In this project, we also provide customer with mating sealing rubber parts, clear PMMA parts, etc….
Our customer come to our factory help check the fitting between injection molded parts and electronic components.
Now they are in the market and have good sales feedback.
